The First Fish

It appears he has some "Epp" blood after all! On Memorial Day weekend, Nicholas made his first attempt at fishing! Armed with a kids fishing pole and some beef jerky, Amanda showed him how to hold the fishing pole, cast, and reel it in!

Before we knew it, he had caught his first fish!

As if that weren't exciting enough, about 5 minutes later, he caught his SECOND fish!

He let us know that you just "Hold the pole in the water and the fish will get it."

If only it were that easy for the adults in the group!

Way to go Nicholas!

Granny & Honey Bear would have been proud and I'm sure were smiling from above!
